Angel Valley B&B is a charming one-of-a-kind inn, located a mere 8km North of the Pan American Highway and 6km from San Ramon de Alajuela Costa Rica.
Highway 702 is the road from San Ramon to Arenal Volcano and La Fortuna and we are situated in the heart of “Cloud Forest” country. Having just undergone extensive renovations, we now boast five ensuite bedrooms, four having queen beds and one with two twin beds which keeps it quaint and homey with a maximum capacity of ten guests.
Our on-site “reservation only” cafe has a seating capacity of up to forty guests. Enabling our guests to have all meals on site if they so desire. We do have stunning views of the San Juan Valley.
Whether wanting to stay a day or a month, our sleepy Hamlet is the ideal choice to use as a base to visit the Central Valley, the Cloud Forest Reserves and the Pacific Beaches. Avoid the crowds and endless packing and unpacking with day trips to many popular destinations. Our location is the perfect distance to those destinations and allows you to visit an active volcano one day, as Arenal and Poas are only 1.5-2 hour drives. Go birding, hiking or zip-lining the cloud forest canopies in Monte Verde the next day. The choices are endless and you can round out your day tours with a horseback ride to a hidden waterfall, a gentle hike in a local reserve or a jaunt to the Pacific Coast, as many beaches are easy to access from Angel Valley Bed and Breakfast. These options allow you to experience as much of Costa Rica’s various wonderlands as you wish, always knowing you will return to a restful haven to relax and be pampered.
For our less adventurous guests, Angel Valley is a serene paradise where you can decompress from your hectic everyday lives and spend the day relaxing in a hammock or enjoying a massage on site.
